Have you ever wanted to be able to
jump like an NBA superstar? Has your vertical stayed the same or
even decreased over time? Are you over 6"0 tall and still
unable to slam dunk? If you've answered yes to any of these
questions than you should seriously consider the vertical
project.
The Vertical Project takes
athletes of all ages and of all skill levels and teaches them
the proper training techniques necessary to add serious gains to
their vertical leap as well as overall muscular strength and
endurance. The Vertical Project also talks about the 20 myths
that keep honest hard working athletes like yourself from ever
increasing your vertical leap.
Luke Lowrey (the creator of The
Vertical Project) explains that his system does not primarily
focus on weight training. Luke believes that weight-lifting
until failure is actually inferior for increasing your vertical
leap. This is due to the fact that as the muscle gets to the
point of failure, it generates less and less power and force,
and becomes "sloppy". Since the #1 goal of this
package is to increase your power, this type of exhausting
training is not part of the Vertical Project System.
Many of the exercises needed for this system can be done in a basketball
court without mounds of equipment or weights.
