I get tons of
emails each and everyday asking me why people get Acne. Now I
know I could go in depth here and give you some long boring
descriptive medical answer about how at puberty your body begins
producing more hormones called androgens which in turn makes
your body produce more sebum (oil) which gets clogged in your
pores etc. but this brings to mind an ever so memorable quote
from my favorite TV show Family Guy. Peter - This sucks worse
than that time I went to that museum (Peter flashes back to
childhood, standing in museum looking at dinosaur skeletons.)
Peter (as a child) - Why did all the dinosaurs die out? Man at
Museum - Because you touch yourself at night.
While some
people still believe that chronic masturbation and sexual
encounters can aggravate your acne I highly disagree. I mean, if
