Why pay
outrageous fees for genuine ink cartridges when you can simply
steal them? In fact, why pay retail price for anything when you
can easily slip it into your knapsack and be done with it. On a
more serious note, for any of you that own a printer (especially
Lexmark’s) you know how costly it can be to replace your
cartridges. You’ve probably heard in recent years that there are
such things as ‘refill kits’ but may be unfamiliar with how
exactly these work. Let me explain.
You see,
instead of spending $30 to $100 dollars per ink cartridge for
your printer, a particular ink refill kit can cut down the price
to as low as $4.25 a refill. You can refill virtually any ink
jet cartridge! What you’ll receive in most kits are three
colors: cyan, magenta and yellow, and a needle that looks like
it could do some serious damage. |

When
refilling cartridges it’s important to note that you must read
the instructions completely and looker over the illustrations
before you start to refill the cartridge. To achieve the desired
goal which is a successful refill process, you must inject the
ink very slowly. Injecting the ink slowly allows for proper air
venting and so that bubbles or air pockets aren’t formed in the
cartridge. Air Pockets or bubbles will lead to improper
printing, streaking and an all around shitty print.
If refilling
a cartridge doesn’t sound like your bag of tea, why not purchase
cheap manufactures ink at wholesale prices at
ink refills. You’ll soon
realize that vendors such as Office Depot, Staples and Best Buy
are selling their ink way above cost and it’s time for you to
stop paying outrageous prices. For those of you that have an HP
